At the moment the due to the presentation market conditions the only real estate sectors which looks to be going up is the australian real estate market which has a lot of russian invesator's interest.
The returns are around 20 % annualy as appreciation and 15 % as rental returns.
This can prove to be a the next Dubai followed by Bulgaria, Cyprus, Egypt e.t.c
I think this person has it all to judge the market as he has gained a lot of knowledge about the real estate and I know him personally,he's doing great!!!
